How To Initiate A Return

Please contact service@customtify.com In your email, include:

1) Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email/Message, if you have not received the confirmation email, you are welcome to register in to check the shipping status anytime)
2) The photo of the package you just received.

A member of our Customer Service team will reply to your message within 24 hours(this may extend to 48hours during COVID-19).

*Please include a printout of your order confirmation email in the package for identification purposes. Alternatively, write your order # on the outside of the package in large, clear print (or print out a label).

If you need to cancel the order, please feel free to contact us within 24 hours after your purchase. Usually, we will start to customize and produce your product within 24 hours after you place your order. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

For these cases, please contact us to send you the replacement package for Free.
1) Damaged package
2) Wrong item in the package

www.customtify.com will provide a pre-paid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a www.customtify.com representative to be defective.

For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Under no circumstance does www.customtify.com reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with www.customtify.com support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to www.customtify.com.

Full Refunds
We offer you full refunds for those following situations, returning funds usually take 3-7 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds):

1) Email us for canceling the order within 24 hours from the purchase date.

2) Shipping carriers lost the package.

Partial Refunds
We will provide you with a partial refund while the customer wants to return the package without any damage when you get it(such as changing your mind). The details are as follows:
